Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, or you've been around the block a few times, the whole experience can seem like a daunting process. But I'm here to guide you through it each step of the way. I want shopping for a new home to be a fun, pleasant experience for you. I know the areas I service and I look beyond just the Multiple Listing Service to find you a new home. I can't promise I'll find you the perfect new home (that usually only happens when you have new construction built to your specifications,) but I'll surely help you find one that fits your budget, and your wants and needs. And if you do decide to build, I can help you find land and connect you with a great builder who will help you design the home of your dreams!
Since you will be working with a real estate consultant, you will never be "sold" a property! I help you find and "purchase" a new home when you are ready. I will patiently answer all of your questions about the buying process and/or the areas where you may want to live. We will discuss market conditions; your budget; financing options; and your wants, needs, and desires. As your trusted real estate advisor, I will provide the information you need to make an informed decision. I advise, but you always make the final decision. And if you decide, after our consultations, that perhaps now is not quite the time to buy, that's fine. I am always ready to assist you, but I will never pressure you to make a purchase!
