• Listing on Zillow — Your property will be listed on Zillow.com, one of the Internet's three most visited real estate web sites.
• Listing on Trulia — Your property will be listed on Trulia.com, another of the Internet's three most visited real estate web sites.
• Listing on Other Brokers' Web Sites — Your property will show up in buyers' search results on other brokers’ websites that are members of the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and feature shared searchable listings.
• Social Media — Your property will be displayed on popular social media web sites like Facebook.

• Agent Feedback — I request feedback from buyers agents following all showings by sending out a brief online survey. If the agent returns the survey, you will receive their response via email.
• Scheduling of Showings — Whenever possible, we’ll schedule showings at a time most convenient for you. However, keep in mind, generally the easier you make it for buyers to view your property, the sooner it will likely sell.
• Weekly Updates — You will receive weekly reports indicating the exact amount of web traffic and views your property has received on REALTOR.com.
