I won't leave you in the dark.
As a seller, I will email you weekly reports detailing exactly how much traffic your property is getting on REALTOR.com and keep you informed about showings and any agent feedback I receive. I will also contact you as needed to update you on my marketing efforts and to discuss strategies and/or needed adjustments.
As a buyer, I will be in constant contact with you and email you all potential new listings as soon as they come on the market. I will do everything possible to make sure you don't miss out on an opportunity. Once we find the right property and submit an offer, I will be at your side throughout the entire home buying process to make sure you always know what's going on, and what to expect next.
I won't leave you waiting.
I know slow or no response is the #1 complaint consumers have about real estate professionals, so when you reach out to me with a problem or question, I will always get back with you as quickly as possible!
I will never refer you to an affiliated business to make additional profits.
I feel that is a conflict of interest. I earn my fees by assisting you as your marketing consultant or buyer representative when you sell or buy residential real estate. Whenever I refer you to someone for a mortgage, an inspection, insurance, or title services, it's because I think they'll do a great job for you, and/or provide you the best product or service at the best price; not because they are an affiliated company where I will make more money.
I will use the latest technology to make your property stand out, handle the "paperwork", and communicate with you.
You will get unexpected pleasant surprises like a digital floor plan and "doll house", a personalized single-property web page, and a Matterport 360-degree virtual tour. To make the "paperwork" as easy and simple as possible, I try to eliminate it and go as close as possible to 100% paperless! I use AuthentiSign to have contracts and forms signed electronically. Of course if you don't have access to a computer, we can use pen and paper instead. Do you prefer to type than talk? No problem. You can email me, or text me for a quicker reply!
